Former Capitals great and new associate goaltending coach Olie Kolzig has put up his 15,260 square foot property up for sale. The 90-acre Kennewick, Washington estate is available for just $4.1 million or, in other words, just a few Maybachs.

The Seattle Times has the deets:

The house owned by the Kolzigs feature three guest suites, private master suite, formal living and dining salons, chef’s gourmet kitchen, two offices, media room, sports bar, gym, craft studio, 1,000 bottle wine cellar and two guest/staff apartments.

The mansion’s expansive sports bar features a dartboard, a hockey table and game-worn jerseys from Jeff Halpern, Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby?? There are also horse and kitten themed bedrooms for his daughters Kendall and Ashlyn and a Spongebob Squarepants themed room for his son Carson.

Below, check out some more exquisite photos of the property, which was published by the Columbia Valley Wine Country Estate website. And one final note: can whoever buys this home please adopt us?

  • Nikola

Its being sold for 4.1 million (bottom of page http://www.columbiavalleywinecountryestate.com/brochure.php)

    Wow, speechless…

  • Peter Hassett

  • I don’t think I’d ever leave a house like this for any job in the world.

  • Ashley

There are TWO islands and 8 chairs in the kitchen??? Does he need an audience?

  • Katie Astarita

Right? He should just keep it and go back at every possible opportunity.

  • Roadworrier

His wife is from that area, and he seemed to have a nice collegiate coaching job, I heard.  But I guess he’ll need the money to put a down payment on a 2 bedroom condo in Reston…or if he’s lucky a 3 bedroom fixer-upper in Great Falls……

Seems Tomas Vokoun is on to something – the great ones all want to be with a winner and will do anything possible to do it, even if it means (for Associate Coach Olie) selling Goalie Xanadu.  Now all the Caps have to do is deliver…

  • Bobby Gee

I’d never leave this Xanadu for anything in the world.  Now I have to go out and buy a few Powerball tickets for a chance to make an offer on these digs for cash.  As things stand now, Olie’s digs are only a fantasy pipe dream.  The only thing in the house I want and could afford is Ovie’s game worn jersey.  Uh, maybe not even the #8 jersey.

  • Rhino40

    “Goalie Xanadu”…priceless

  • I love Olie, but, geez, if this is life for a goalie with a barely .500 lifetime record and a career sub-.920 save percentage, someone is clearly paying too much for tickets.

  • Mernst

    90 Acres – 15,000+ sq ft in Wine country – $4.1 M.  That’s giving it away!

  • yup

They are getting a divorce I heard

  • TricityAmericnasFan

No they are not.  They decided to move back to Florida since he is now working on the east coast again.
