A cheerfully demented Washington Capitals site with a healthy fixation on Alex Ovechkin and his Russian bros. CRASH THE NET!

What would you say about Tyler Seguin? He's benched right now, but I need someone to center the second line behind Ryan Getzlaf (I have Kesler but since he's day to day right now...). I was thinking about trading him for Brad Marchand/Michael Frolik. Good idea?

Good luck!

I would like to hear your critique of my team!

I was first overall in a snake draft with 9 of my friends... This is the order i picked em' in.

Ovechkin, Lubomir Visnovsky, Patrick Marleau, Pekka Rinne, Marian Hossa, Mikko Koivu, Jonathan Quick, Tobias Enstrom, James Neal, Miikka Kipprusoff, Devin Setoguchi, and Dennis Wideman.

Ours is alot tighter, only being able to play 3 forwards, 2 D-men, 1 utility guy, and 1 Goalie per day, and we got 5 bench spots....... If anybody has any advice, I would glady take it!
