Hahahahahahaha Thanks Peter!

I confess I never believed in the rally balloon thingy. It seemed at the time, and has since proven true, that it was a false talisman leading to unrealistic expectations and hopes. It was like going to see the 3 witches in Macbeth for prophesies, guidance and counsel and well...you know the rest.

And I have no doubts that wins will come. The problem is they tend to lead to more unrealistic expectations and hopes. Remember how pumped up and juiced we were when it looked like the Caps finally crossed the Rubicon with wins over the Senators and Leafs? Oh yeah, those pesky Flyers showed up and well...you know the rest.

Winnipeg and Colorado. As the 3 witches would put it:
"Double, double toil and trouble,
Fire burn, and caldron bubble."
