Any information we get is going to be second hand. Anything we see happening on the ice is the result of what we don’t see or hear before hand.
No matter how many years of hockey experience we have in the stands, we’re not on the team. Reporters have limited access and make the most of it because they are paid to do that. They’ve been known to fudge it a bit,eh?
