After the 24/7 HBO episode where Hendy called Erskine Wagon, I have been calling my oldest son Wagon. He idolizes Matt Hendricks and has Wagon taped to the back of his lacrosse and hockey helmets. What a great article and glad we are moving away from the young guns and focusing on the “Wagons”.

Well this is just a guess, but it might refer to the defensive maneuver that a troop of wagons can use against attacks, i.e., creating a circular barricade of impenetrable awesomeness.

So I understand what Hendy’s saying about being down there in the trenches and being the cleanup guys and all that, but I still don’t really get where “Wagon” comes from? Is it me? Am I missing something?

I remember in one of the 24/7s, I think the last one, Hendricks says “Erskie ya f*ckin wagon.” I liked that haha.
