Very nicely written about the coolest guy in the NHL!!
Not since the Gretzky trade have I been more angry at an NHL franchise. I feel compelled to express my sadness at loosing Mike Knuble from out beloved Caps, but he will always be in our hearts as the ONLY #22 and the driving force of the team. Perhaps the coachesmanagement will hear our out cry of anger and disappointment as Knuble leaves and remember it was his leadership that was behind this team.
Farewell Mike, we love you and wish you all the greatness you deserve.
I think the Caps should go back to the black jerseys, that is what you wear in sorrow…

There’s a big hole on the Caps ice, a big 22 hole right there. Funny, it matches the one in our hearts. What are we going to do without Capt. Solo?

When I went to school in Newark, NJ, I rarely got a chance to see the Caps play, but I will never forget the one Caps – Devils game I went to at the Prudential Center when Mike Knuble scored two goals in a 3-0 shut out. Never been prouder to be in a Caps jersey as that game.
