The Russian rumors were right for a change.
Sunday morning, Alex Ovechkin posted a photo on Instagram holding hands with Nastya Shubskaya. Or should I say Ovechkina?
Ovechkin is wearing a wedding ring while Nastya sports a wedding band.

The Capitals confirmed the news through CSN Mid-Atlantic’s Tarik El-Bashir.

According to NHL.com, a Capitals spokesman said the couple recently married in a “small private wedding.” NHL.com also asserts that the ceremony was in Russia.
The photo announcement caps weeks of reports in Ovechkin’s homeland which gave details about the couple’s wedding through unnamed sources and vendors.
