Our favorite interviewer of barely comprehensible Russian Caps, CSN Washington’s Jill Sorenson, is back in action with another dispatch from the language barrier. In a segment titled “Questions For Kuzy,” Jill drills Evgeny Kuznetsov with tough questions — like what’s your favorite TV show.
Kuznetsov struggles through every answer, but his priceless facial expressions more than make up for that.
Alex Ovechkin scored his 50th goal of the season on Tuesday night. That milestone naturally gave reporters the opportunity to reflect on exactly how great the Capitals captain has been.
Speaking with Michael Jenkins, CSN Washington’s Jill Sorenson (follow her on Twitter here) said it was Ovechkin’s durability over the last nine seasons that has impressed her most.
Basically, Russian machine never breaks.
Check this out.
CSN Washington’s Jill “Are Your Shoes Comfortable?“ Sorenson is at it again. This time she authored a serious interview with Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin about the upcoming Sochi Winter Olympics.
Jill asks Ovi about why the Olympic Games mean so darn much to him (warning: he admits to crying as a kid), what his role is as an ambassador (still not entirely clear), and if he’d check Nicklas Backstrom if the opportunity presented itself.
Russian Machine Never Breaks is not associated with the Washington Capitals; Monumental Sports, the NHL, or its properties. Not even a little bit.
