Here’s Wilson and Latta play fighting each other last year.
This morning towards the tail end of practice, Caps roomies Tom Wilson and Michael Latta had a brotherly disagreement about something. According to CSN Washington’s Jill Sorenson, the kerfuffle, which sounded like it was minor and may or may not have been playful, ended with a tackle and some yelling. The Washington Times’ Zac Boyer said the episode lasted seconds and that Brooks Laich broke it up.

We have some ideas on what might have started it.
- Latta unceremoniously stopped participating in Mac and Cheese Monday, which precipitated Andre Burakovsky’s move-out.
- Tom, not paying attention, bought a pack of Heinz’s Balsamic Vinegar ketchup at the grocery store and ew, that stuff is gross.
- Latta used Wilson’s Titantic DVD as a coaster.
- The two couldn’t agree on what the better song was between “Good For You” and “The Heart Wants What It Wants.”
- Wilson accused Latta of using a non-compliant ping pong racket during their latest tournament.
- Latta watched the newest episode of Supergirl without Tom and then accidentally deleted it off DVR.
- They were arguing over whose fault it is that Brooks Laich won’t follow them on Instagram.
- Latta did the laundry last night and now all of Wilson’s white shirts are pink.
- Wilson walked to practice with Nate Schmidt instead of Latta and then drew TW + NS in a heart on Latta’s locker room stall.
- Latta is freaking fed up with Wilson’s “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” ringtone.
