It’s already felt like way too long of a summer and the NHL playoffs aren’t even over yet. Thankfully for Caps fans, they can pass the time by endlessly perusing through players’ Instagram photos to see who Tom Wilson and Michael Latta have chirped lately.
Last weekend, Wilson travelled home to Canada and went to the beach for vacation. Latta, stuck in Arlington without his roommate, apparently had separation anxiety.
Grumpy, er, Wilson and Latta then took their conversation to Twitter after the Caps declared it #CapsRoomiesWeek in honor of Latta’s upcoming birthday.
Lats re-proclaimed his love for Tom and declared he was still missing him something awful.

The conversation ended there.
Later in the week though, Wilson jumped back on Instagram and wished Stan Galiev a good summer… by chirping his wrist strength.
