Over the last few years, the Washington Capitals have become one of the most close-knit teams in the NHL due to Head Coach Barry Trotz. Sure, the players might have their differences sometimes, but in the end — after Willy Baby shares some life lessons and hair tips — the Capitals always remain one big happy family.
