During pregame warm-ups, Jill Sorenson conducted a precious Hockey Fights Cancer interview with Peter, a 17-year-old who’s in remission from Ewing’s Sarcoma and leukemia. As it began, Justin Williams skated by and made sure to say hello.
Williams also made sure to mess with Jill before the interview began. Look at the huge smile on Peter’s face.
Brooks Orpik is wearing a jersey in Peter’s honor tonight.
