After 3 PM today, the NHL will not allow any more trades. Up until then, we’ve got a bonanza on our hands.
The Washington Capitals have already made their big move, acquiring Kevin Shattenkirk from the St Louis Blues. They don’t have much cap room left and aren’t expected to be very active today. But the rest of the league, including Washington’s likely playoff foes, are gonna be gearing up.
