Justin Williams scores Caps’ first goal of the 2017 postseason

The Caps were a mess in the first period of Game One, but with a pivotal power play they finally got on the board.

Justin Williams, playoff legend, was the one who scored.

The Caps were on the power play after Zach Hyman tirpped Marcus Johansson. The Caps were excited but discombobulated, missing passes and duffing shots. But then.

Kevin Shattenkirk got a touch to TJ Oshie, who sent it to Justin Williams in the crease. Williams sank it.

The Caps trail the Leafs 2-1, but it’s not so dire anymore.
