An hour after the Caps announced the new deal, Orlov took to Instagram and had this to say.
Orlov wrote two messages – one in English and one in Russian.
“I’m so happy to stay in Washington!!!!” Orlov wrote first. “Love our fans and team. Can’t wait for next year!!!!”
Orlov then basically repeated his message in Russian
“Very happy to stay in Washington !!!! I appreciate our fans and teammates! I cannot wait for the next season !!!”
In total, Orlov used 18 exclamation points and one emoji: the winkface. 😉
