Chandler Stephenson has three points in his last two games, but just five in his 18-game NHL career. Considering that, I’m sure you will forgive him for what you will see here.
When Tom Wilson scored his second goal of the game in the third period, Stephenson enthusiastically joined the celebration. But instead of adding to the group hug, Stephenson wiped out, hard, reminding everyone of two important points:
- ice is really slippery, and
- Chandler is still new to this whole NHL-goal-celebration thing.
