The Washington Capitals have tied the series up and are now in Pittsburgh to play Game Three tonight. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit nervous, not for the results, but for how Pittsburgh suddenly has this “revenge” mentality since Tom Wilson didn’t get a hearing on a controversial call last game. It’s gross, but whatever.
Keep your eyes peeled for some possible last minute line changes on the Penguins side. Evgeni Malkin, Brian Dumoulin, and Carl Hagelin will all be game-time decisions. Signs are currently pointing to Malkin and Dumoulin being good to go.
The puck will drop a tad after 7:30PM and you can find the game on NBCSN. Peter will, of course, have your recap ready.

Almost Flawless Towels
The Vegas Golden Knights and the San Jose Sharks have had a fun series so far. Before Game Three, the Sharks passed out some pretty fantastic towels for everyone at the arena… except there is a small flaw that didn’t get by the Golden Knights twitter.
We know these towels are making fun of us
But…

The Golden Knights ended up winning in OT, taking hold of the series 2-1. All thanks to William Karlsson and his sweet, sweet flow.

- Relive the last game and pour over the morning after numbers.
- If you missed the last game, you missed people having a complete meltdown over a Pens no goal. For the record… it was not a dang goal. It got to a point where people had to go on television and explain the parallax effect.
- Lars Eller and bananas. That’s it. That’s the whole post.
- There is a hashtag for Tom Wilson support. Join in.
- There were a couple hand injuries during Game Two, but not to worry. TJ Oshie and Evgeny Kuznetsov will still play tonight!
- Braden Holtby stopped to take a selfie with the Alexandria Police Department. Glad they are keeping him safe, but my mother and father are there too so they BETTER be lookin’ out for them.
