The Capitals will be facing the Islanders this evening and, after tonight, they will never have to go back to the Barclays Center ever again. Ok, so that’s a lie and they’re just done for the 2017-18 season, but still!
The Islanders will be focused on one thing and one thing only. Winning every single game until the end of the season. It’s a long shot, but they still want to attempt a run to make the playoffs. While the Isles struggle to win literally anything at this point, the Capitals are looking to take the Metro division back over. Last night, the Penguins went to overtime and officially tied the Capitals on top with 85 points. I don’t like being in close quarters with those tuxedo birds.

Meet George
Listen up, folks, because this is important. My parents recently adopted a new pug and his name is George. His pictures on instagram (it’s just my sister, don’t be alarmed about a dog posting photos) give me life every single day, especially since I live in another state, but I thought I would bring some joy and happiness your way too. Here is George in his new rainbow sweater. He is a supporter of LGBTQIA+ rights. It’s very cold for a small pug these days, so he has to bundle up.
This is George in his new shed in the backyard. Old Town Alexandria row homes don’t have much of a backyard, but this space is perfect for George. He likes to stand on his porch and survey his land.
George enjoys shopping trips to hardware store and lounging in the cart.
All in all, he is the happiest pup around and he likes to pose like this. Which is the first time my parents met him.
